Roger A. Turner

Roger A. Turner. 71, went to be with the Lord on June 12, 2017 in the Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, with his loving wife, of 49 years Veronica, by his side.

Born on November 17, 1945 in Wallingford, Vermont, he was the son the late Gilbert and Anna (DeGraff) Turner.

Roger was a hard worker who worked as a dairy farmer and was well known by many.

In the past he enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, motorcycling and spending time at his brother-in-law’s camp in Newcomb.  He also enjoyed raising and selling miniature horses with his wife.

Besides his parents he is predeceased by his brother Edward Turner, sisters Jean Meyers and Dorothy Durham.

Survivors include his brother Aldace Turner and his wife Raeanne, Sisters Barbara Wheeler and her husband Randy, Lois Patten, Helen Turner, sister-in-law Marion Turner, brother-in-law Rev. Ken Meyers, one Aunt Marita DeGraff as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.

There will be no calling hours and a burial will be at the convenience of the family.
