Ann M. Rodd

Whitehall-Ann M. Rodd, 84, passed away on October 19, 2023 at the Washington Center in Argyle, New York.

She was born on February 25, 1939 in Glens Falls, the daughter of the late Clayton and Gladys (Fuller) Balch, who were from Fort Ann.

Ann is predeceased by two sisters; Evelyn (Balch) and her husband Richard Casey, Lillian (Balch) and her husband Ernest Steves, one Brother Francis and his wife Barb Balch.
She and her long time companion Bertlen Turner enjoyed antiquing, and traveling to visit family and friends.

Ann is survived by her two children; Ed Benway of Ft Lauderdale, Florida, and Tina Benway of Whitehall, her companion Bertlen Turner of Whitehall, one brother, Donald Balch of Gansevoort, five grandchildren, two great grand-children, and several nieces and nephews.

The family will have Celebration of Life on Thursday November 9, 2023 from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at the Jillson Funeral Home Inc., 46 Williams Street Whitehall New York 12887 
Graveside services will follow in the North Granville Cemetery, State Route 22, North Granville, New York.
