Chirstine Denise (Fafard) Orellana

Whitehall: Christine Denise Orellana nee’ Fafard, 68, passed away on May 4, 2024, at the Glens Falls Hospital, after a long battle with cancer.

She was born in Whitehall, the daughter of the late Dolores Fafard (nee Fisher) and Bertrand Fafard and was the 3rd of seven Children.

She grew up on Boardman Street in Whitehall until her father found substantial work in Lawrence MA.

Christine later became a nurse-aid in Lawrence General Hospital and at the Mary Immaculate Center also in Lawrence MA.

She then devoted herself to being a loving and nurturing single mother to her daughter Bianca and many furry children.

She enjoyed taking walks, poetry, drawing and watching classic movies on TV.

She was quietly passionate about her faith and taking care of others.
