David Robert Walsh, 61, of Dresden Hill Road, passed away peacefully with his wife Sandy by his side, at his home in Dresden NY, on August 16, 2024, after a short battle with cancer.

He was known affectionally as Dave to his family and friends, and was born in Middletown CT on July 4, 1963.

He spent his adolescent years in Bossier, Louisianna, where he Graduated from Parkway High school before moving to New York State.

Dave grew up in an environment that shaped his laid-back and easy-going personality, making him well favored among his family and friends.

He spent his life embracing simple pleasures, his deepest passions included playing guitar and riding his Harley Davidson, activities that brought him great joy and freedom, along with the many treasured moments spent with family.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Sandy (Manell-Neddo) Walsh, his two cherished stepchildren, Thomas Neddo (Josephine) of Omaha, NE, and Mary Dunbar (Jeff) of Hudson Falls, NY.  Dave was also a proud Step Grandfather and leaves to hold dear his memory his eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. He is also survived by his extended family of three brothers in-law and three sisters in law, along with several nieces and nephews all who will miss him dearly.

To honor his wishes, no services will be held. Dave’s memory will be cherished by all who know him as a gentle soul with a generous heart.
