Whitehall-Frank Valastro, 83 passed away on July 7, 2025, at his home after a long illness. He was born on October 6, 1941, in Whitehall, New York.
Frank was the son of the late Frank and Viola Valastro. He is survived by three sisters: Mildred Squire of Watertown, Anna Griffin of Whitehall, Rose Caley of Queensbury, one brother Danny Valastro of Whitehall, and his best friend and care giver Tonya Leibach.
Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his brother John Valastro.
Frank enjoyed hunting, fishing and bicycling when he was younger. He was a great Elvis Pressley fan and enjoyed listening to and singing his songs.
He was a Christian who loved Jesus. He faithfully attended the Out of the Box Church Worship Center services with Pastor Pam Bolton and friends. He enjoyed life and people; he made sure to say God bless you after every visit.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2pm on Tuesday July 15, 2025, at the Jillson Funeral Home Inc., 46 Williams St., Whitehall, NY, family and friends are all welcome to attend.
