Whitehall: Lewis (Pete) Delbert Pratt, 78, of Upper Turnpike passed away on November 30, 2023 in the Slate Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a Long Illness.
He was born on April 11, 1945, in Hampton, the son of the late Arthur and Agnes (Belden) Pratt.
Lewis always went by Pete, he married Debra Hoy on November 9, 1984.
Pete had several jobs in his early years, he worked in the apple orchards and then as a truck driver for Purina Company that he really enjoyed. He then went to work with his brother Carl on the Pratt Farm for many years.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and loved to be the life of the party, he always had a smile on his face.
Pete is Predeceased by his first wife Joann Noiseaux, his sibling Arthur (Jake) Pratt and his wife Marion, Viola Pratt, Lillian Pomainville, two Grandsons Justin Panoushek, Shawn Panoushek and a daughter Wendy Pratt.
Besides his wife Debra Pratt of 39 years, he is also survived by his children; Pam Panoushek, Val Toubman, Lou Pratt, Six Grandchildren and three great grandchildren. His siblings; Alice Battease, Carl Pratt, Malcolm Pratt, Floyd Pratt.
All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
A special thank you to the staff at the Slate Valley Center, where he was affectionately know as Uncle Pete, for his wonderful care while there.
